# Titan Genesis 50

The first 50 organizations to complete a verified paid purchase of a Build, Scale or Growth plan during the launch window receive 25% off the base subscription for 12 months of calendar time from their join date.

## Terms

### 1. Membership and seats

The first 50 organizations to complete a verified paid purchase of a Build, Scale or Growth plan during the launch window (23 September 2026, 00:00 UTC – 23 October 2026, 00:00 UTC) join Titan Genesis 50. One seat per organization. Seats are granted at payment, and the offer closes when 50 seats are taken or the window ends, whichever comes first.

To keep seats distinct, each organization must be registered under a unique account email. Titan may withhold a seat where organizations are not genuinely distinct.

### 2. The benefit

Genesis members receive 25% off the Build, Scale and Growth base subscription for the first 12 months from their join date. Within that period the discount applies to renewals, upgrades and downgrades.

### 3. How the 12 months are counted

The 12-month Genesis period runs on calendar time from the join date, not on the number of months paid. The discount applies only to the months of a purchase that fall within that period; any month beyond it is charged at standard price.

For a prepaid multi-month plan, only the portion of the term inside the period is discounted, prorated. For example, a 12-month plan bought in month 10 has only its first two months discounted. A partial month counts as a full discounted month.

### 4. Scope

Genesis pricing applies only to the Build, Scale and Growth plans as listed at launch, and only to their base subscription. Plans or products launched later are not included.

### 5. Membership persistence

Membership stays with the organization for the full 12-month period, including if it drops to Sandbox and returns within that time. The 12-month clock continues to run on calendar time regardless of any pause.

### 6. Refunds and seats

A refund within the first month ends Genesis membership and frees the seat while the offer is still open. Once the offer has closed, freed seats are not backfilled. Later refunds are handled case by case and do not restore the seat to the pool.

### 7. Payment and changes

Prices are in USD, paid in USDC at 1 USDC = 1 USD. Network fees are paid by the customer. Titan may end or change this offer for future purchases at any time; benefits already granted are honored.
